¡¾Adverse
reaction¡¿
1£®Casual
gastrointestinal reaction, such as upper abdominal pain,
nausea, diarrhea, abdominal
distension, dyspepsia etc.
2£®Casual
nervous system reaction, such as headache, dizziness etc.
3£®Casual
skin rash and elevated liver enzyme ALT, AST.
4£®Casual
ocular allergy, irritation, foreign body sensation,
conjunctival edema and eyelid edema.
¡¾Contraindications¡¿
1£®Do
not use in patients who are allergic to diclofenac or other
non steroid drugs.
2£®Do
not use in patients who have active gastrointestinal ulcers
or hemorrhage.
¡¾Precautions¡¿
1£®The
product is for ocular administration only.
2£®The
product can affect the coagulation of platelets, which has
the risk of increasing hemorrhage
during or after ocular surgery. Patients
who has hemorrhage surgery or is taking drugs that can
prolong hemorrhage time must be careful
when diclofenac eye drops are administered.
3£®Do
not use in patients who wear contact lens or are allergic to
the product; the product can
cause eye redness and stinging pain in
patients who wear hydrophilic contact lenses
4£®Avoid
contacting contaminated articles or the bottle tip to
prevent contamination of the medical
solution.
5£®Avoid
using the product with miotic; glocomer patient should not
be given miotic 3 hours before
glaucoma surgery.
